HILLSDALE LAKE

TRAILS
Marysville equestrian area on the east side of the reservoir has over 41 miles of marked and unmarked trails available to equestrians.  Trails start on state-managed property and extend through Corps of Engineers property.  Outside of this area, riding is allowed only on maintained roads, bridle paths and parking areas.  Livestock is not allowed in developed picnic, camp or beach areas.

CAMPING
Saddle Ridge Campground offers a shelter house with a grill, picnic tables, vault toilet, 21 campsites with water and electricity and 12 sites with water.  All sites have corrals.  Campground also includes 2 wash bays, 4-shower bath house and 3 manure pits.  Day use area is available to park trailers for day riders.  Reservations can be made by contacting the Park office at 913-594-3600 or online at kdwpt.hillsdalep.gov or www.ksoutdoors.com.

Boarding, guided trail rides and horse hotel is offered at S&S Stables, 913-856-5570, www.ssstables.com.

LOCATION
Hillsdale State Park is located in NE Miami County Approximately 15 minutes from I-35 and North of Highway 68.
